Frequently asked questions


See below for a list of our frequently asked questions.  Always contact us if you have any questions.

  • Do you provide trash cans?
    You are more then welcome to use your own cans, but if you would like ours they can be rented for $4 a month per can. All cans are 96 gallon in size.
  • Do you provide service all over Denver?
    No, not at this time. At this time we are only providing service to the areas listed.
  • How does billing work?
    We bill quarterly. We will send you your bill a couple of weeks before your payment is due and then every 3 months after that. If you do not make your payment by the due date we will not pick you up the following week. Please contact the office if special arrangements are needed. We are happy to work with you.
  • Can I pay online?
    If you provide an email address we can then email you your invoice with a link to be paid online.
  • Is there a limit how much trash we can put out to pick up?
    Yes, we will pick up two 96 gallon trash cans of household trash. A few extra bags aside from that is also fine as long as it is not a consistent occurance. If it does become consistent than we will reach out to you to discuss. Yard waste does not have to be placed inside of the cans.
  • Will you take larger items like couches or furniture?
    Absoloutely! Please call the office to discuss further. Fees will vary.
